Our Purr-omise: Love It or We'll Make It Right

At Black Whisker Apparel, we want you to absolutely love your cat tee as much as your cat loves ignoring you when you call their name. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right—no hissy fits required.

We Offer Refunds For:

🐾 Items That Were Sent Incorrectly - If we shipped you the wrong design or size, that's on us. We'll fix it faster than your cat knocks over a water glass.

🐾 Damaged or Defective Products - If your tee arrives looking like your cat used it as a scratching post, we've got you covered.

The Fine Print (But Make It Friendly):

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. To get started, just reach out to us at lippenterprises@gmail.com with your order number and a quick description of what went wrong. We promise to respond way faster than your cat comes when you shake the treat bag.
